Our work is grounded in direct community engagement. Rather than treating communities as passive recipients of aid, we train local youth to become educators, cyber-safety ambassadors, and civic facilitators in their own villages and wards.

Junaid Hashmi, Founder of Ek Pahel Welfare Foundation, began his professional journey in the media sector. During his career, he realized that while media plays a vital role in highlighting social issues and reflecting the realities of society, there is an equally important need for direct and proactive action to create meaningful change on the ground.
Driven by this realization and a strong sense of social responsibility, he established Ek Pahel Welfare Foundation with the vision of contributing positively to society. The foundation works towards motivating youth, creating social awareness, and connecting people with government welfare initiatives to ensure inclusive development.
